The Gold Coast Google Ads Agency that actually questions best practices
The current trend is for agencies to hand the reins over to Google’s automated algorithms with broad match keywords to let it optimise client campaigns. Sometimes that works, but often it doesn’t. So we do some actual thinking and use all the tools available to get the best possible outcome.
Google Ads
What Google Ads management includes
The whole path, not just the auction.
Campaigns built from your margins
What you can afford to pay for a customer decides the structure, not a PPC agency template. A $400 job and a $40,000 job should never be bid on the same way.
Search, Shopping and Performance Max
Whichever earns its place. We will tell you when Performance Max is the right answer and when it is a black box that hides where your money went.
Negative keyword discipline
Most wasted spend is not a bad bid, it is a good bid on the wrong search. The negative list is where the unglamorous savings live.
Landing pages that match the ad
The single fastest lever in most accounts. If the ad promises emergency callouts, the page opens with emergency callouts, not a company history.
Conversion tracking you can trust
Calls, forms and sales tracked properly, with duplicates and junk filtered out, so the reported number resembles the real one.
Reporting a human can read
Enquiries, cost per enquiry, and what changed this month. Not forty pages of dashboard exports nobody opens.
Professional Google Ads Management, Transparent Pricing
A comprehensive Google Ads strategy covering all the bases, executed at a rate designed to suit your budget.
Every Build Includes
How we work
How our Gold Coast Google Ads PPC team works
Four stages, each with something you can see at the end of it.
01
Audit what is running
If you have an account we go through it first and tell you what is working. Sometimes the answer is that it needs tuning, not replacing.
02
Fix the destination
There is no point sending better traffic to a page that loses it. Landing pages get sorted before the budget scales up.
03
Launch tight, then widen
Start on the searches closest to buying intent, prove the economics, then expand out from what is already paying.
04
Review monthly, act weekly
Bids, searches and creative are managed continuously. The monthly conversation is about direction, not a status update.
Questions
Google Ads questions, answered
Including the ones where the honest answer is “it depends”.
What budget do we need?
It depends far more on your industry than on us. Some Gold Coast trades compete at a few dollars a click, some legal and medical terms are well over fifty. We work out what a customer is worth to you first, then say honestly whether the numbers can work. As a starting point, you really need to have at least $1,500 a month to spend between management fee and actual ad spend, which is paid directly to Google.
Do you charge a percentage of spend?
No. A percentage of spend rewards an agency for spending more of your money, which is a strange incentive to sign up for. We charge a fixed monthly fee based on the work involved.
How soon will we see results?
Data within days, meaningful direction within two to four weeks, and a properly optimised account after two to three months. Anyone promising transformation in week one is guessing.
